Familii de Suflet

Asociația Alfa Grup a derulat   în parteneriat cu Direcția Generală de Asistență Socială și Protecția Copilului din cadrul Consiliului Județean Cluj și cu Asociația Serviciul de Ajutor Maltez în România proiectul “Familii de suflet”, finanțat în Apelul COERENT,  din cadrul Programului RO 10 – “Copii și tineri aflați în situații de risc și inițiative locale și regionale pentru reducerea inegalităților naționale și pentru  promovarea incluziunii sociale”, programul a fost  derulat în cadrul Mecanismului Financiar al Spațiului Economic European (SEE), 2009-2014.

Proiectul a dezvoltat  o rețea prin care se vor îmbunatatii măsurile de combatere a discriminării grupurilor de copii vulnerabili la excluziune socială și economică (beneficiari sunt copiii instituționalizați din județul Cluj și copiii romi din comuna Dragu, județul Sălaj).

In cadrul  proiectului a fost elaborat  un plan de intervenţie care a fost  predat autorităţilor competente, pentru implementarea lui în folosul altor copii defavorizaţi.

Due to the experience of carrying out the current activities or to the implementation of some projects, own projects or commune ones, DGASPC and Alfa Grup Asociation feel the impact over their beneficiaries , over the fact that society discriminates them and excludes them, even in the educational environment , medical one , social community etc. Therefore, the two entities analyze the situation of institutionalized and roma nationality children, they study the magnitude of this problem, the discrimination and social exclusion at a national level, they identify commune objectives of action which answer the national strategy for protecting and promoting the children’s rights 2014-2016. They co-opt as partner The Malteze Relief Organization in Romania and elaborate and implement together the project “Soul Families”. This project is an answer for developing initiatives meant to reduce the inequalities and to improve the combat measures of discrimination for children vulnerable to social and economic exclusion. This measures are initiated, in collaboration, by local and regional authorities, together with actors from the private environment and civil society. This society, by accomplishing and implementing the “Factory of good acts “ system, together with important actors from the community, trained by specialists from the DGASPC structures, directly or through transfer of value, elaborate the Intervention Plan addressed to institutionalized children from Cluj and the roma nationality from Dragu, Salaj district. This plan will be managed for both districts, with the help of volunteers: adult persons and soul families. The results of testing the plan are monitored continuous, evaluated, analyzed, in order to improve the plan of intervention, whereupon the final version will be elaborated and published. The purpose is to multiply this plan in other communities, offering innovative methods as real solutions for the active implication of the community member’s .It will also improve the knowledge of the institutionalized and roma nationality child, through an efficient communication between the children and the members of community, learning together how to manage healthy and long-lasting relations.
These could be proposed as public politics, integrated measures which could contribute to the improvement of children’s life found in risk situations.
